team as our Senior Software Engineering Manager. With over 18+
years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software Engineering
across the Locomotive,Automotive,Aerospace and defense
Avionics domains. He has successfully steered the validation and
engineering of mission-critical, safety-compliant software solutions
for global enterprise platforms. Over his distinguished career, he
has successfully collaborated with and led engineering initiatives
for world-renowned industry brands including Wabtec
Corporation, Honeywell Technology Solutions,HCL Technologies
and DARE-DRDO.
Nagaraj brings profound technologies expertise in Embedded
Systems, RTOS, Microcontrollers, Embedded Software
development and forward-looking AI product strategy. He
specializes in applying frameworks to build scalable AI strategies,
driving smart automation and leading cross-functional engineering
teams through complex embedded product lifecycles. His mastery
covers critical software verification frameworks alongside rigorous
compliance standards including DO-178B, EN 50128, IEC 62304,
and ISO 26262. Coupled with strong technical leadership in
managing high-performing cross-functional global teams and
implementing test automation frameworks and Critical embedded
software development.

Gururaj brings over 24 years of rich experience in Embedded Software Development across the semiconductor and automotive industries, delivering high-quality, safety-critical software solutions for global customers. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles including Account Manager, Program Manager, and Software Architect, supporting renowned OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers such as BMW, Toyota, Magna, Panasonic, Kongsberg, Flex, Harman, and MBRDI.

Gururaj also brings extensive experience in leading cross-functional global teams, driving ASPICE-aligned engineering practices, and managing complete program lifecycles from requirements to deployment.
Beyond his technical leadership, he has a strong background in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Account Strategy, and Operational Excellence, making him a valuable addition to our leadership team.

Demonstrates strong technical and leadership skills in both hands-on development and project management activities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HMI solutions for major automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Resourceful technical Lead skilled in streamlining executions and maintaining schedules to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Expertise in providing technical feasible solutions to resources and coordinating diverse teams to complete objectives. Good leadership skill and a good follower. Having 10+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems ,Industrial Automation and testing.

Brings over 9+ years of experience in embedded systems and software architecture . Worked with global clients like BMW, Renault, and Knorr-Bremse, delivering critical projects . Experienced in technical leadership, team building, and managing teams with niche skills.
