team as our Senior Software Engineering Manager. With over 18+
years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software Engineering
across the Locomotive,Automotive,Aerospace and defense
Avionics domains. He has successfully steered the validation and
engineering of mission-critical, safety-compliant software solutions
for global enterprise platforms. Over his distinguished career, he
has successfully collaborated with and led engineering initiatives
for world-renowned industry brands including Wabtec
Corporation, Honeywell Technology Solutions,HCL Technologies
and DARE-DRDO.
Nagaraj brings profound technologies expertise in Embedded
Systems, RTOS, Microcontrollers, Embedded Software
development and forward-looking AI product strategy. He
specializes in applying frameworks to build scalable AI strategies,
driving smart automation and leading cross-functional engineering
teams through complex embedded product lifecycles. His mastery
covers critical software verification frameworks alongside rigorous
compliance standards including DO-178B, EN 50128, IEC 62304,
and ISO 26262. Coupled with strong technical leadership in
managing high-performing cross-functional global teams and
implementing test automation frameworks and Critical embedded
software development.

Nagabhushana brings 24+ years of distinguished experience in Safety-Critical Embedded System Software Development, with extensive expertise across the Automotive, Medical Devices, and Avionics/Aerospace domains. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered high-quality, safety-critical software solutions while supporting globally recognized OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Over the years, he has held several senior leadership roles including Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Principal Validation Engineer, and Technical Lead, collaborating with industry leaders such as Ford, Renault, FLEX-N-GATE, Caterpillar, Volvo Construction, Bühler India, ZF-Wabco, COVIDIEN (Medtronic), AIRBUS, Parker Aerospace, Rockwell Collins, Thales Avionics, and HAL.
